Most apps are designed full of sample content and first opened empty. Your app is designed for the first time it opens, so a new user knows where to start before there’s anything in it.

Scope

Flows
The paths people take through your app, kept as short as they can be.
Design
Your brand in the app, down to the loading spinner.
Prototype
Your screens and their words linked up so you can click through them before anything is built.
Copy
Labels, error messages and empty screens worded so nobody has to guess what to do next.
Build
The app coded from the design, then each screen measured against it.
Launch
A web app live on your own domain, or a phone app submitted to the App Store and Google Play with listings we write. The design files stay with the studio.

Process

Brief
We take your brief, then map each flow through the app before any screen is designed.

Screens
We design each screen from those flows, and refine them before any words go in.

Words
We write the words or edit yours, then link it all into a prototype you can click through.
04
Sign-off
Dave leads the build, then Will and Dave test every flow by hand and sign off.
