In a coffee table book, then a website, David Muirhead & Associates’ interiors were shown at full size, from the Palazzo and 54 on Bath to private homes.

Brief

David Muirhead & Associates designs interiors in four areas, from homes and shops to hotels and offices. The rooms were already photographed, and photographed well, so the book and website had to show them without getting in front of them.

    The book was designed first, and the website followed its pages.

    A full page of image, then a short caption, in print and on the site.

  • Split by area

    Online, each area had an index of its own: homes, hotels, offices and exhibitions.

Result

From 2014, a client weighing up the practice could walk through its work online, area by area. Every project opened on three of its photographs side by side, the rest in a strip below.
