For Australian Niugini Services (ANS), a logo coloured for Australia and Papua New Guinea, and a website with a page for every service.

Brief

ANS supplies mining, energy and telecoms operations across Australia and into Papua New Guinea. A customer usually arrives wanting one service, and the site had to show the rest without burying the one they came for.

Approach

  • Two countries

    Red and orange were chosen for Papua New Guinea, slate for Australia.

  • One route

    The logo’s chevrons, led by a slate triangle, were set along the route between them, and the one mark went on every service from fuel to real estate.

  • Range up front

    The home page showed the range before explaining any of it.

Result

A customer who came for one service found it on the home page among the rest of the range, a click from its own page. Anyone unsure where to start was offered a sales specialist.
