Brief

Social Link Recruitment is a social care agency that places carers one shift at a time. Its website served carers looking for shifts nearby, and care providers deciding whether to trust the agency with a vacancy.

Result

A carer could see the open shifts near them on a map before reading a word, and narrow them by role. Care providers read their case on a page of their own.
