The Vaccine App

Parents, adults and travellers were each shown how The Vaccine App keeps every injection in one lifelong record, and clinics got their own way to sign up.

The home page on a desktop in a paediatric waiting room, mother and child beyond.

Brief

The record starts at birth and runs for life, on any phone. It is only worth keeping if clinics use it, so the site was written to win over patients and practitioners without either feeling like an afterthought.

    The home page split into Children, Adults and Travel, each written for its reader.

    Practitioners got their own way in from the home page, to register or log in.

    Grouped and searchable, not one long list a worried parent has to scroll.

Result

The families who keep the record and the clinics that add to it started from the same site. The app’s store links sat on the home page’s first screen, and a Register now button closed the clinics’ page.
